WHO WE ARE
TransCEND (Transgender Care and Education Needs
Diversity) is a community-based HIV prevention
and health education program by and for transgender
women.
We provide 1:1 and group support and have a welcoming community space which is open on the following days:
Monday 10am-5pm
Tuesday 10am-5pm
Wednesday 10am-5pm
Thursday 10am-5pm
Friday 10am-5pm
OUR APPROACH
We
know first hand how hard it can be to reach out for
support. TransCEND is a place without judgments. A
place without pressure.
WHERE WE ARE
TransCEND is located at CCA, 17 Sellers Street in
Central Square of Cambridge. We can also meet people
wherever is most comfortable.
